Privacy Policy

Effective 4 September 2026

Moiras collects no data about you. There are no accounts, no logins, no trackers, no advertising. Everything you write or answer in the app stays on your device only.

This policy explains that in detail — including the connections the app makes to the internet, so that nothing is left implicit.

Who we are

Moiras (on the store: Moiras · Tarot Oracle) is developed and published by Dravengard Press LLC. Contact for any privacy matter: support@dravengardpress.com.

1. Data we collect

None of your data. We do not collect, receive or store what you write or answer in the app. There is no user account to create, and no server of ours receives your profile, your readings, your journal or your mood.

One single piece of information leaves the device, and only if you subscribe to Moiras Pro: the purchase code issued by Google, which the app must send to our server to confirm your subscription — without that confirmation Google cancels and refunds it within 72 hours. It is described in full in section 4. If you never subscribe, nothing leaves your device.

2. What is stored on your device

In order to work — to remember your profile, keep your reading history, hold your chosen language — the app writes information to the device's own local storage (localStorage). This data never leaves the device:

None of this is sent anywhere. Because we never receive this data, we also cannot access it, correct it or export it for you — it is yours and yours alone.

3. Photos (Digital Palmistry)

The Palmistry tool asks for a photo of your palm. The image is analysed on the device itself, at the moment you choose it.

The photo is never uploaded to the internet and is never stored by the app — when you leave the screen, it ceases to exist as far as Moiras is concerned. The photo you took remains in your device's gallery, under your control, like any other.

4. Connections to the internet

The app works offline. Even so, let it be recorded honestly and in full: there are situations in which network traffic occurs. Three are active in this version; the fourth is described here in advance and is not active.

None of them sends your profile, your readings, your journal or your mood.

Planned, and OFF in this version — anonymous record of your acceptance.

When you accept the Terms of Use and this Policy, the app writes that acceptance to your device (section 9). It is planned — and off in this version — to send an anonymous record of your acceptance to Dravengard Press servers, containing only:

That record contains no name, e-mail, date of birth, readings, journal, mood or any other content of yours. It has a single purpose: to let Dravengard Press demonstrate that the acceptance took place, as required by GDPR Art. 7(1) and LGPD Art. 8 §2, which place the burden of that proof on the controller.

As long as this section says “OFF in this version”, nothing is sent. If it is ever switched on, this same section will be updated to say “ACTIVE” before the change reaches the app.

5. No trackers, no ads, no cookies

Moiras has no analytics tooling, no advertising SDK, uses no cookies and builds no behavioural profile. Nothing is measuring what you tap.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not share, sell, rent or transfer your data to anyone. There is nobody to sell it to: your profile, your readings, your journal and your mood never leave the device.

The only parties involved in any exchange of data are Google (fonts and, if you buy, the payment through Play) and our own server, which receives only the subscription confirmation described in section 4. That server does not keep the purchase code: it uses it to ask Google whether the subscription is valid, and discards it. There is no database of ours holding purchases, users or anything of yours.

7. Children

Moiras is intended for people aged 13 and over and collects no data from anyone, of any age. There is no content directed at children and no knowing collection of children's data. People between 13 and 18 should use the app with the consent and under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, as set out in section 4 of the Terms of Use.

8. How to delete your data

Because everything lives on your device, you can erase all of it without depending on us, in two ways:

There is no need to request deletion by e-mail: no copy of ours exists to delete.

9. Your acceptance, and how to withdraw it

Before unlocking the content, the app asks you to choose a language and to accept the Terms of Use and this Policy, in separate checkboxes. That acceptance is recorded on your device, with the version of the documents, the language, the date and the time.

You may withdraw your acceptance at any time, under Profile → Withdraw consent — it is as easy as giving it, as GDPR Art. 7(3) and LGPD Art. 8 §5 require. Withdrawing returns the app to the consent screen and does not unlock the content until a new acceptance is given.

Withdrawing your acceptance does not delete your journal, your history or your profile. They are different acts: withdrawal is about consent; deleting data is section 8. If you want both, do both.

When the documents change materially, the app will ask for a new acceptance. The record of the previous acceptance is preserved on the device, as a trail of what you accepted on that date.

10. Security

Your data is protected by the operating system's own app isolation. Since nothing is transmitted, there is no information in transit to intercept.

11. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

Brazilian law (LGPD) and European law (GDPR) guarantee you rights of access, correction and deletion of your personal data processed by a company. In the case of Moiras, those rights almost resolve themselves: we hold no database with information about you — nothing you write in the app ever reaches us, so there is nothing on our side to consult, correct or erase. You keep direct and total control, as described in sections 8 and 9.

The one exception is the subscription confirmation in section 4, and it creates no database either: the purchase code is used to ask Google whether the subscription is valid and is not stored. If you wish to exercise any right over it, or simply to understand it better, write to the contact address — and the purchase itself you manage in your Google Play account, which is who holds it.

12. Changes to this policy

If anything changes — for example, if a new feature needs the internet, or if the anonymous record of acceptance described in section 4 is switched on — we will update this page and the effective date at the top before the change reaches the app.
