Moiras is an app for entertainment and personal reflection. These Terms explain what it offers, what it does not offer, and who is responsible for what.
By installing or using Moiras (on the store: Moiras · Tarot Oracle), here called “the app”, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app and uninstall it.
These Terms are an agreement between you and Dravengard Press LLC, 30 N Gould St STE N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, developer and publisher of the app.
The app offers tarot spreads, a daily reading, zodiac signs, birth charts, digital palmistry, a dream dictionary, a journal and mood log, and companion texts inspired by the figure of the three Fates.
Tarot and astrology are tools for reflection and self-knowledge, not guaranteed predictions. Use them as a mirror for your own choices.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the app on your devices, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The app is intended for people aged 13 and over, consistent with section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
People between 13 and 18 may use it with the consent and under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians, in line with LGPD Art. 14 §1 (Brazil) and GDPR Art. 8 (Europe). By accepting these Terms on behalf of a minor, the guardian declares that they have the legal authority to do so and assumes responsibility for that minor's use of the app.
The texts, card interpretations, illustrations, artwork, brand, the name “Moiras”, the visual identity and the interface of the app belong to Dravengard Press LLC and are protected by copyright.
The traditional symbolism of tarot and astrology is in the public domain; the wording, the interpretations and the curation present in this app are our own protected work.
Part of the content requires the Moiras Pro subscription. About it:
Cancellation and refunds are handled through your Google Play account (Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions), under Google's policies. We cannot cancel or issue a refund directly.
Cancelling stops future renewal: access to Pro content continues until the end of the period already paid for. Your records remain on the device even without an active subscription.
Your records — profile, reading history, journal and mood — stay on your device only. We have no server holding them and no copy of them (see the Privacy Policy).
Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device erases everything permanently, and we have no way to restore it.
The content of the app is intended for entertainment. Any decision based on readings is the sole responsibility of the user.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of content, availability or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that any card, reading, interpretation or astrological calculation corresponds to past, present or future facts.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dravengard Press LLC is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including loss of local data and personal, emotional, family, professional, health, financial or legal decisions taken on the basis of its content. You are responsible for your own choices and should seek qualified professional guidance whenever the decision calls for it.
We may update these Terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. When a change is material, the app will ask for a new acceptance before unlocking the content. Changes do not retroactively affect a subscription period already paid for.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Dravengard Press LLC is incorporated.
This does not prejudice the rights that the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence guarantees in a way that cannot be waived — including, for consumers in Brazil, the right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
